The agreement that governs your use of the WallPaint application.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WallPaint mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to:
WallPaint provides measurements for general planning and reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AR measurements can be affected by lighting, device sensors, and surface conditions. Measurements should not be relied upon for construction, safety, legal, or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification.
The App, including its design, branding, paint color library, and all related content, is owned by or licensed to WallPaint and is protected by intellectual property laws. The WallPaint name, logo, and teal brand identity may not be used without prior written permission.
The App may reference or display third-party content, including operating system services such as camera and photo library access. Such content and services remain the property of their respective owners, and their use is subject to their own terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Please review it carefully.
We may update the App, its features, or these Terms from time to time. When Terms change, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallPaint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location in which WallPaint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
